Palm Springs Packing List

I am so excited about where I am headed today!

Featured Items

One of the best things I have found out about being a “blogger” is the community of creatives all over the world! Two years ago I attended Alt Summit, a conference for creatives in Salt Lake City. It was one of the best experiences I had as a first time blogger going into this career having very little knowledge on this industry. Let alone, my networking skills needed a push! I learned an incredible amount, met so many great people and felt so inspired when I left.

Things have been growing for The Every Hostess but I’ve been in need of a little inspiration and to be surrounded by creative people again! I am even more excited because Alt Summit this year is in, dun dun dun, you guessed it, Palm Springs! I have been DYING to go here and what better excuse than for a blogger conference for the week!

So, I am packing my bags and headed that way! Since it has been so cold in Denver I am especially excited to whip out some warmer, brighter clothes for this weeks adventure. Here, are a few things on my packing list!

Jean Jacket

It’s supposed to be in the 60s all week with cooler evenings, so a jean jacket is my go to to throw on over dresses!

Espadrilles

My sweet brother-in-law to be gave me these Soludos espadrilles for Christmas this year and I am so excited about them! Paired with jeans or a little summer dress, these are the perfect shoes for stomping around Palm Springs.

Sun Hat

I can’t go to any “palm” destination without my Janessa Leone sun hat!

White Jeans

I do not believe there should be a ban on white any time of the year, especially when it comes to winter whites! That being said, I am packing a pair or white jeans to pair with a blouse and jean jacket during my stay!

Blanket Scarf

I NEVER travel without a scarf! You will thank me later, but this is the best plane accessory you can bring with you! Wear it as a shawl or around your neck with your outfit on warmer or colder day! Then when it is cold on the plane, you have a blanket! You’re welcome.
