Fri-yay cocktail hour!
As we head into Easter weekend with family and friend festivities, I have my mind on Sunday brunch. I mentioned earlier this week how much I love brunch and the “no” judgement of brunch time cocktails. My go to brunch cocktail is always a mimosa, though sometimes I have envy of my best friend Mallory’s Bloody Mary. But, a mimosa is my go to and with a salty meal, it’s the perfect pairing.
Lately I have been going for a grapefruit mimosa, as grapefruits are my current favorite fruit! This Seabreeze Mimosa is the perfect mix of a breakfast and day-time cocktail. If you are making it at home, I highly recommend serving it in these adorable milk jars! They are for so much more than just milk!
- 4 oz Cranberry juice
- 1 1/3 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- Champagne (enough to your liking!)
