Bachelorette Welcome Bags

Happy Monday!

It’s been awhile friends, but I am happy to be returning to share with you a little glimpse inside my bachelorette trip a few weeks ago to kick off the week! It’s s crazy how fast time is flying by! We are less than six months out to our wedding day! I recently had my bachelorette party in Punta Mita, Mexico with eight of my closest friends. Everything about that weekend was beyond perfect and I have to say, I am very sad it has passed already!

Looking back on the four days spent in a beautiful place with my best friends I couldn’t have asked for anything more. You look forward to these moments for so long and it’s so enduring when everything goes perfectly, especially when a group of women from all aspects of your life come together and immediately become friends too.

To tell you a little bit about our weekend, Punta Mita is one of my favorite places in the world. My parents have had a home here for almost ten years and we have spent every single thanksgiving down there since I was in the 7th grade! It’s such a special place and fun little getaway! Jeremy and I played with the idea of a beach wedding for awhile before we were engaged, but when it came down to it, it felt more special bringing my girlfriends down to Punta Mita for a celebratory weekend and having the wedding in our favorite place on earth, Montana.

The home we stayed in was a family friends private home, in Logos Del Mar. I have to say it was beyond insane and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed down there. Their pool wrapped around in an “L” from the entrance to the house to the other end. The master bedroom had a door that opened up right to the pool! It was perfect for a morning dip!

For the weekend welcome bags I wanted to keep things simple but provide some necessities for the girls. I found these bags from Mud Pie, which are a perfect size to either wear as a clutch or throw into a beach bag. They hold so much too! Inside the bags were, sunscreen from my friends at Supergoop!, Mai Tai Sea Salt Spray from my other friends at Drybar, a palm print S’well water bottle, ColourPOP Lipstick in “Bae Watch” and ColourPOP Highlighter in Churro. My maid of honor also provided mini drink floaties with a tequila shot, of course, as well as beach themed candy from Sugafina. Last but not least, DWC Creative created the most adorable name tags and “welcome cards” to go into the bag!

The weekend consisted of a ton of margaritas and lots of laughing laying out on the beach with the girls! It was truly perfect. Did I sat that already? I am still smiling thinking about it!

Bachelorette Welcome Bag Breakdown:

1.Supergoop! Sunscreen – Supergoop! had become one of my favorite brands for anything sunscreen. All their products are amazing and smell incredible! Their products not only protect you from the sun but they have proven to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, elasticity and hyperpigmentation by neutralizing free radicals and stimulating collagen production. My favorite product?? The Perk Up Lip and Cheek Treatment and the Everyday Sunscreen

2. Drybar Mai Tai Sea Salt Spray – I am a huge fan of Drybar salons and an even bigger fan of their products. They seriously smell amazing. I always get compliments whenever I use any of the Drybar products and how good it smells in my hair, it’s as though you just came from one of their salons. There is not better product than the Mai Tai Sea Salt Spray for the beach. Any time I came out of the water I would spray it in my hair to keep those beach waves alive!

3. S’well water bottle – I carry a water bottle with me 24/7 so I thought this would be a fun addition to add to the bags. I especially love the print! Water bottles are also great when the day consists of a lot of margaritas!

4. ColourPOP Bae Watch Lipstick and Churro Highlighter – What girl wouldn’t want a new lipstick and highlighter for their vacation! I was recently introduced to ColourPOP and love their products! They are super inexpensive to give as gifts too!

5. Suagrfina Candy – If you don’t know about Sugarfina candies, you need to know. They are by far the cutest boxes of candies I have ever seen! They also have an array of so many yummy flavors making for the perfect gift to give for any occasion! The flavors we chose for this trip were:

Watermelon Slices | Parisian Pineapples | Cowboy Cactus | Beach Buddies

Special thanks to Drybar and Supergoop! for providing products for this post.
